  3. SIGAN is a software package for digital signal
  4. analysis and processing. SIGAN can be used to
  5. design both IIR and FIR digital filters,
  6. analyze spectral characteristics of discrete-
  7. time signals and correlations of multiple
  8. signals, and synthesize composite signals
  9. mixed with different types of noise. SIGAN
  10. runs on IBM PC or compatibles with 512K RAM
  11. or higher. A high density disk drive or 2 Mb
  12. hard disk space is required. A math processor
  13. is highly recommended but not required.
  14. Currently supports Hercules, EGA, and VGA
  15. graphics.
